This adorable 8 month old was caught joyriding round her local neighbourhood in her brand new car over the Easter weekend.
Walter Nejman, Philadelphia police officer, said he found the toddler, Reigen, giggling and roaming the streets in her car and that he was forced to pull her over and give her a stern talking to after she had ran a stop sign.
“Apparently, this motorist thought that a posted Stop Sign was only a suggestion, and a “slide” would suffice. Uh, no! Also, “not being able to read” really isn’t an excuse – but nice try!” the police department explained in a Facebook post last week.
The picture of Reigen getting a warning has been liked over 5,000 times, and even one Facebook user suggested she might be a repeat offender, writing “you can tell she’s [probably] been stopped many, many times before. Probably driving w/o a license.”
Another added: ‘That looks like a driver who could sweet talk her way out of that ticket!’
Mother Olivia says Reigen got the car as a present from her grandmother over the Easter weekend. “I think she got stopped for being too cute,” she joked.
